Dr. Hurdis Ophelia Bozeman is a native of Elmore County, Wetumpka, Alabama
Moreover, she was born to the late, Mr. Robert Lee Shuford and the late, Rev. Cora Rebecca Crenshaw Shuford. Dr.
Bozeman is the wife of Bishop, Dr. Frank T. Bozeman, the founder of GEAC, GECCS and The Global Word Fellowship, Inc.
In likemanner, Dr. Hurdis Bozeman is the Co - Founder of three organizations with her husband. She is the mother of one
daughter, Prophetess Colenthia Wright and two sons,
Frank Tyrone II, and Zacarius Justin Bozeman. Also, she is the grandmother of five
grandchildren.
Therefore, when she graduated from Wetumpka High School with honors, Dr. Bozeman attended John M. Patterson
State Technical College. She received her Cosmetology Diploma and her Cosmetology State Teachers License. Dr. Bozeman continued
her Technical Education Career at Auburn University and Athens State University. Likewise, she received several awards, state
and county honors; District Teacher of the year, District VICA Advisor of the year, VICA State LeadershipTeam Member
and Outstanding Cosmetology Program in Alabama.
In the fall of 1996 she retired from teaching and went into full time ministry.The teaching and preaching of God's
word had to become first in her life. Dr. Bozeman has been in ministry as a licensed and ordained minister for 28 years. Therefore,
she has served in various areas of ministry. She is a graduate of the following universities and colleges: Global Evangelical
Christian College and Seminary, Mastor of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry, ICOF Colleges and Universities, Doctor
of Christian Education, Summit University, Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education, and Doctor of Ministry In Christian
Counseling .She has several Honorary Doctoral Degrees.
Inclosing, she is the author of two book, Lord Why Me and Lord Why Not Me, Storm After Storm. Dr. Hurdis Ophelia
