Standard I:  Structure & Governance
  1. All Biblical and Theological courses must be based on a Spirit Led Bible Based Evangelical Doctrine. (see Doctrinal Statement & tenets of belief)  All majors must reflect Biblical prerequisite courses. 
  2. The organization structure & operation of the educational facility is in accord with appropriate state statues.
  3. There is on file a copy of the legal instrument creating the educational organization. It is recommended that All institutions must have a religious exemption status and or religious benefit 501c3.
  4. The organizational structure and charter must reflect adequate personnel to accomplishing the stated purpose and goals of the educational institution.

Standard II:  Resources & Material

  1. The institution must have as a minimum an administrative office with sufficient space to accommodate staff, appropriate files and records.
  2. The institution must provide students with an annually updated list of library, media and on line resources.
  3. The institution must have adequate media equipment to evaluate student course requirements and projects.
  4. Classes & seminar facilities are adequate to accommodate student needs.

Stand III:  Policies & Procedures

  1. A current catalog is available to all students.
  2. Student policies are stated in writing and available to all students.
  3. Financial policies, including refund policies are made available to all applicants prior to admission.
  4. Faculty policies are stated in writing and distributed to each faculty member.
  5. Administrative policies are in accordance with state laws.
  6. Admission and personnel policies are in accordance with federal anti-discrimination statues.

Standard IV:  Faculty & Staff

  1. The school, college, seminary, para church organization or institution should keep written criteria for faculty appointment.
  2. Faculty-student ratio should reflect a realistic work load.
  3. Written faculty contracts/agreements are maintained and the agreements are updated annually.
  4. Faculty payment policies are consistent and non-discriminatory.  
  5. Faculty input is prevalent and maintained for administrative decisions.

Standard V:  Curriculum & Academics

  1. The institution must maintain an annually updated catalog and or list of courses offered.
  2. The institution has a curriculum committee that oversees academic offerings.
  3. Degree requirements are in keeping with generally accepted standards.
  4. Students must receive a copy of their curriculum syllabus and or degree plan.
  5. Course requirements for students are consistent with a bible based spirit led curriculum & with various departments.

Standard VI:  Evaluation & Effectiveness

  1. The institution keeps an accurate record of an organized evaluation system for student/learner's academic matriculation, organizational effectiveness, and faculty performance.
